For the past 35 years I’ve been cooking prasadam in ISKCON kitchens, including the well-known Kalachandji’s Restaurant in Dallas, Texas started in 1982, and now in Gainesville, Florida, home of the huge daily Krishna Lunch program at the University of Florida serving 5,000 plates a week. After seeing prasadam touch so many lives, I have resolved to compile a book entitled The Glories of Krishna Prasadam to disseminate such prasadam pastimes along with other important related topics, including:
