Ladies Ashram Leader: The Ladies Ashram Leader runs the ladies ashram training program under the guidance of the Director of Community Care, manages the ashram, manages service schedules, and takes care of all female residents in the training program. The Ashram Leader actively cultivates relationships with, and between, the devotees and sets the example of Sadhana and Vaisnava etiquette. The Ashram Leader creates a mood of camaraderie, spiritual family, and Krishna-conscious fun at Bhakti Center. The main role of the ashram leader is to cultivate and care for residents in the ashram training program, while working with the male ashram leader, to set up inspiring programs, ashram protocols, and systems of care for all residents.

Program Administrator: The Program Admin assists the Program Director with all web, social media, and administrative responsibilities.
