Bhakti Bhavan for Women, Located at New Raman Reti in Alachua Florida, is now offering a Bhakti Sastri Course.

Ladies, now is your chance to take part in a new study opportunity. Explore Bhagavad Gita, Sri Isopanisad, Nectar of Devotion, and Nectar of Instruction in the association of many serious devotees. Classes are exciting and interactive and will provide you with practical knowledge, important skills, and deep lasting spiritual values to enhance your Krsna Consciousness. Senior Vaishnavis who have taught in Sri Dhama Mayapur, as well as other international venues, will be your tutors.

Classes will begin the 15th of November 2010 at Bhakti Bhavan. There are 6 modules, three 6 chapter modules of Bhagavad Gita and one module each of Nectar of Devotion, Nectar of Instruction and Sri Isopanisad. The Bhagavad Gita class is scheduled for 10:00-11:30 a.m., followed by a second class period from 12:00 -1:30 p.m. for one of the other books. There will be no weekend classes.

Attend an inspiring morning program, and take advantage of opportunities for Hari Nama as well as temple seva to the most beautiful Sri Sri Radhe Shyama, Sri Sri Krsna Balarama and Sri Sri Gaura Nitai in order to charge your spiritual batteries.

The fee for the full two and a half months of ashram residence and course attendance is $550.00. There are several options for prasadam, including temple prasadam for $50 per month. Those who want to attend classes but reside outside of Bhakti Bhavan Women’s ashram, or who want to study only one or two of the books, can discuss various options with Laxmimoni dasi.

Please contact us as soon as possible to obtain a registration form. Applications should be received before the 23 of October. This will allow us to properly prepare for the number of devotees we will be serving.
