As the auspicious occasion of Bhadra Purnima draws near, the global Bhadra Campaign, led by Vaisesika Dasa, has brought together devotees from around the world in a powerful and inspiring mission to distribute Srimad Bhagavatam. This united effort reflects the collective devotion and determination to share the timeless wisdom of the sacred text.

Vaisesika Dasa, sharing the campaign’s vision of distributing at least 68,000 sets of Srimad Bhagavatam worldwide, said,  “We’re following Srila Prabhupada, who wanted to bring all living entities back to Vaikuntha. All the Acharyas have the same agenda. And this is most pleasing to Lord Krishna. Engaging in distributing transcendental literature is no doubt following the footsteps of the great Acharyas. And it is the highest type of sadhana. This is the mood of the high-minded, more advanced devotees, not simply to take Krishna consciousness for oneself, but to plan. That means set goals, make pledges, do something very tangible that’s quantifiable.”

Well-known teacher Amarendra Das shared his experience of the growing excitement around the world as Bhadra Purnima draws near. “We just returned from the United Kingdom, and the devotees were very happy to participate. I saw devotees in large numbers studying Srimad Bhagavatam, prioritizing it in their lives, and eagerly going out to distribute it,” he said. “The excitement is brimming as Bhadra Purnima is around the corner.”

Encouraging devotees to come together in the final phase of the campaign, he urged everyone to make Srimad Bhagavatam a daily priority. “As we approach Bhadra Purnima, this isn’t just a date on the calendar—it’s a historic event. For followers of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, every day should be like Bhadra Purnima, where we prioritize the study and distribution of Srimad Bhagavatam,” Amarendra said.

He concluded by saying, “Let’s join hands and READ Srimad Bhagavatam. With the R, let’s relish the pastimes. With the E, let’s experience joy. With the A, let’s apply the teachings, and with the D, let’s distribute these sacred sets.”
