On Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EDT, the North American Regional Governing Body (NA-RGB) will host a transformative online workshop facilitated by Jai Nitai Dasa, the North American Representative for the ISKCON Devotee Care Office.
The insightful workshop will explore how the principles of devotee care can shape the future of ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada’s mission. In this session, participants will delve into the key values and principles underlying the devotee care initiative and discuss why it plays a crucial role in our communities. We will also examine the possible causes for any gaps in this care and present the Spectrum of Care to help us understand its wide-ranging impact.

About Jai Nitai Dasa:
Jai Nitai dasa joined ISKCON in 1998, coming from a consultancy background in software development and testing within the investment banking industry. He spent a decade in the brahmacari ashrama, leading outreach efforts and managing temples. As a grhastha, he served as the Temple President of ISKCON-London for 14 years, acted as a Zonal Supervisor for London and the Southeast UK, and held positions as a Euro RGB member and Euro RGB EC Chairman.
For the past three years, Jai Nitai dasa and his wife have dedicated themselves to Community Development and Devotee Care, traveling internationally to teach the GBC-endorsed Devotee Care Course. They recently established a Devotee Care Office (DCO) at Bhaktivedanta Manor and initiated a UK National DCO. They are now based in New York City at the Bhakti Center, where they have also set up a Devotee Care Office.
Jai Nitai dasa has delivered seminars and courses at universities, corporations, and various ISKCON centers, and is a faculty member of the GBC College.
