The popular film “HARE KRISHNA! The Mantra, the Movement and the Swami Who Started It All” continues to reach a growing audience worldwide through multiple online platforms. The ground-breaking documentary was released in 2017 and garnered best picture at the Illuminate Film Festival

One of the most well-known platforms, www.Tubi.com, has now made the film free (with occasional ads). It is available for viewing on Tubi in the United States, Canada, Australia, India, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama. Further, Tubi is available in other countries through the use of a credible VPN service.

HARE KRISHNA! is also available (only in India) on playy.tv/videos. Users must simply type “Hare Krishna! The Mantra” in the search-by-text field to enjoy the film.

“Following its US premiere at the prestigious Village East theater only ten blocks from the historic 26 2nd Ave temple in the lower east side of NYC, Abramorama, the US distributor, released the film in 150 theaters across the US,” said one of the film’s co-creators, Yadubara Das.

Co-creator Visakha Dasi noted, “Cargo Film and Releasing, our worldwide sales agent, organized the first international screening with Russian subtitles at multiple theaters in Moscow on the night of Srila Prabhupada’s appearance day.” From 2017 to 2020, the film was released in theaters in 38 countries, like Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, winning accolades from audiences of all faiths and backgrounds.

HARE KRISHNA! is available on Amazon.com for rent or purchase (in selected countries only). “We are often asked why the movie is not available for free on YouTube,” Yadubara Das continued, “If it is available for free, then Amazon may remove it from their streaming service. We want to keep it on Amazon for the broader public since Amazon is such a prestigious venue.” HARE KRISHNA! is also available, subtitled in 22 languages, including Chinese and Arabia, on the film’s website.

“Many report that the movie is better the 2nd time or 3rd time.  And, it has a big effect on the relatives of those following a spiritual path,” said Visakha Dasi, “Srila Prabhupada—in his movie incarnation—continues his preaching tour worldwide! All glories to His Divine Grace!” To view their latest project, visit InnerVoiceProductions.com.
