Rasika Rai das is a Hare Krishna monk living in Redhill township at Cape Point, Cape Town.

Every week he cooks up hundreds of 100% healthy Vegan meals for the impoverished township residents and distributes it via his trusty wheelbarrow.

Rasika begs all the ingredients himself and operates under the banner of his Gauranga Peace Meals NGO.
