Reality TV mega stars Kim and Khloe Kardashian opted for a spiritual experience during their recent visit to Mumbai, India. The celebrity sisters, who were in the city to attend the wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, took time out of their busy schedule to visit the ISKCON Chowpatty temple (Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Mandir).

Invited by Jay Shetty and his wife Radhi Devlukia, fellow wedding guests, the the Kardashians were warmly welcomed at the Radha Gopinath temple. The quartet participated in traditional rituals, offering flowers to the deities and paying respects to Srila Prabhupada, ISKCON’s founder. Their tour included meaningful conversations with Radhanath Swami and Gauranga Das.

Kim and Khloe also had the opportunity to take part in seva, serving sanctified food to children through the temple’s Annamrita food-relief initiative that distributes over 2 million meals per day. Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to express her gratitude for the experience, writing, “Thank you @jayshetty and @radhidevlukia for this beautiful experience at the temple and having the opportunity to visit these small souls I’m forever grateful.”

Khloe Kardashian also shared her thoughts on the visit, praising their hosts: “Major shout-out of appreciation to @jayshetty and his beautiful wife @radhidevluki for being so generous with their time while in India.” She added, “They took us to the most magical Temple. So blessed to have the experience with such beautiful souls.”

Jay Shetty posted “So grateful to @Kimkardashian @Khloekardashian for their openness and curiosity about the culture and temples of India.”

The temple visit held particular significance for Jay Shetty, who had previously spent three years living across India and the UK as a monk himself. Part of his time in India was spent living at the ashram (monastery) of Radha Gopinath temple. In his best-selling book “Think Like A Monk,” Shetty reflects on his experiences, describing them as transformative, involving meditation, scriptural study, and participation in environmental and charitable initiatives.

The visit by the Kardashians, organized by Jay Shetty and Radhi Devlukia, not only highlighted the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of ISKCON but also underscored the universal values of compassion and service that resonate across cultures and communities.
