ISKCON of Houston is organizing a Kirtan Fest 2019 during Labor Day Weekend (August 31 – September 2) at the beautiful temple in Houston, TX. This will be the 3rd annual festival that has become a recurring flagship annual festival. Every year, they have seen increased number of devotees gathering for sankirtan yajna.
It will be a combination of kirtan, entertainment and philosophy. They are inviting kirtaniyas, special guests such as sanyasis, travelling preachers and other artist to this festival. It will be a paid event (which covers the cost of prasadam, special guest’s expenses. Similar to other organized kirtan events such as Sadhu Sanga Retreat, Kirtan 50 in Dallas, Festival of Holy Name in Chicago & Alachua – they will provide accommodation to people travelling from outside of Houston. Website will be updated periodically as they get confirmation from kirtaniyas, special guests and artists. Online registration is open and everyone can take advantage of early bird rates through July 31.
